At Dimitra srl, we undertake the production of our cherries with great care, starting from the well-known regions of Pella, Imathia and Florina. This selected process involves the combination of picking and precise storage in cold storage, where pre-cooling is applied through hydro coolers to preserve their freshness. <\/p>\n

At the heart of our facilities, a state-of-the-art electronic calibrator takes care of the precise classification of our cherries according to their size and colour, thus ensuring homogeneity during packaging.<\/p>\n

To choose the best cherries, look for ones that are firm in texture, with a shiny surface and a bright, even colour. Dark red or purple cherries tend to be more flavorful and sweet. For long-term storage, the cherries can be frozen after the pits have been removed. <\/p>\n
